the location was absolutely perfect, nestled between Kežmarok and the breathtaking Vysoke Tatry mountains. It was an ideal base for exploring the area, especially if you have your own car. Secondly, the attention to detail in the newly furnished rooms and common areas was impressive. The spaciousness and comfort of both the rooms and the common areas were a welcome bonus. I particularly loved the balcony in my room with its inviting chairs and stunning view. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. From the kind and helpful lady who took care of everything in the morning to the friendly and accommodating girls, their service was superb.

The location of this cozy hotel was perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains around. It was just a short drive away from the hiking trails, which made it convenient for us to plan our day. the room was newly and thoughtfully furnished, just like the common areas which were spacious and comfortable. We loved having a private balcony with chairs and a view that was simply inviting. the breakfast that was served was simply delicious.

The only thing we didn't like was the check-out time, which was too early for us. We would have liked to stay for a few more hours to catch up on some sleep, but we understand that the hotel has to prepare for the next guests too.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location in the beautiful neighborhood provided stunning views of the Lomnicky and Slavkovsky štít mountains. Secondly, the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were well-maintained and offered a lovely view of the mountains. Additionally, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to our day. I particularly loved the fact that we could use the kitchen fridge to store our food.

No improvements needed, everything was fantastic.

The bed was a bit too firm for our liking and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. check-out time was relatively early which limited our ability to sleep in and relax before starting our day.
